All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
