How to use each one
Instant Chimichurri
- 1/3 cup Chimichurri Mix
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Stir together and let it sit for a bit.
- Spoon over steak, chicken, shrimp or veggies.
Authentic Adobo
- Shake it on chicken, pork, beef, seafood, rice and beans or veggies.
- Cook. Done.
Cowboy Butter
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Cowboy Butter seasoning
- Stir together and drizzle over steak, burgers, corn or potatoes.
Or dry: sprinkle straight onto chicken, shrimp or corn.
